Established in 2002
PT Transamudra Usaha Sejahtera (TRUST) commenced its business operations in 2002. Starting as a small tanker operator, the Company has continuously evolved and expanded its capabilities to become a trusted provider of offshore marine services, particularly supporting the oil and gas industry.
In its early years, TRUST focused on tanker operation and offshore transportation of liquid cargo, including Crude Palm Oil (CPO), Olein, Stearin, liquid chemicals, and petroleum products.
In 2010, TRUST strategically diversified into the offshore oil & gas sector by operating Offshore Support Vessels (OSV), accumulating extensive experience through long-term engagements with national and international oil & gas contractors.
Today, TRUST is recognized as one of the established players in offshore vessel provision for Indonesia's oil and gas industry, guided by core values of excellence, quality, and integrity.
Strategic Journey (2002–2025)
Company officially established as an offshore logistics provider using tanker vessels to serve domestic and multinational markets.
TRUST expanded into the offshore oil & gas sector by operating AHTS (Anchor Handling Tug Supply) vessels and other support vessels.
Achieved a key milestone by winning a well-testing barge contract from Total E&P Indonesia.
Participated in the FPSO (Floating Production Storage and Offloading) project for Bukit Tua Field with Petronas Carigali.
Extended the well-testing barge contract and continued operations under Pertamina Hulu Mahakam.
Extended FPSO and barge contracts, and added new vessels to strengthen the fleet and service capacity.
